NOWSHAD Hameed
Chief Operating Officer

An engineering and management professional, Nowshad has built expertise in Telecommunications, Safety, Security, and BMS systems, in the Oil and Gas, Infrastructure, Industrial and Commercial markets. With nearly 30 years in project management, he is minutely involved in every aspect of a project – pre-sales, bidding, systems engineering, integration, procurement, logistics, and construction. From 2001 he leveraged the growth in oil and gas project values to power the formation of a company that grew horizontally as well as vertically from 10 personnel to 300 plus including project, engineering, procurement, branch office, and sales managers. Working with global contractors and leading oil companies in the US, Europe, Africa, Middle East, and the Far East, he has successfully delivered over 150 projects valued at US$1m to US$130m. Apart from his know-how in solving operational challenges to make loss-makers profitable, Nowshad’s expertise in project definition has helped in driving performance and improving efficiency throughout the project life cycle.

CLIVE Heightman
Chief Technical Officer

Clive’s technical knowledge is founded on engineering training in the UK aircraft industry. He is familiar with the challenges of digital systems development as a senior member of defence system design teams. Moving into oil & gas engineering in Y2K, he built up design, integration, and commissioning teams handling up to 20 projects per year. He has mentored over 80 engineers, draughtsmen, and technicians and continues in this role with Exctel. Comfortable in a multicultural scenario, he managed a branch office in Jakarta, Indonesia as MD for four years. He has been responsible for troubleshooting and completing several complex projects. He has hands-on familiarity with all energy systems electronics technologies, including radio, microwave, and satellite transmission, digital data networks, security systems with video, infra-red and microwave sensing, access control, intruder detection, and safety systems such as PAGA.  Clive is a registered Chartered Engineer with the UK Engineering Council.
